Frequently Asked Questions

Is credit consulting possible?

Contrary to what the credit bureaus would like you to believe, credit consulting does work and can work for 100% of people in most circumstances. This is, of course, provided you are getting the best advice and have an experienced professional working on your case. Anyone with a credit score below 720 can benefit long-term from the advice and information provided through credit consulting; however, there are times when your own limitations make adhering to this advice impossible. The two limiting factors are: (1) your financial situation and/or (2) the time-frame in which you need to reach your results. It is possible to remove anything from a credit report if the creditor does not adhere to the law that outlines what needs to be done within a specified time period. All items must be 100% accurate and not obsolete, which is where many people’s reports fall short.

What can you do that I cannot?

We act as your representative due to our working knowledge of credit scoring and experience working with creditors and credit bureaus. It may often be difficult for an individual to communicate with creditors and bureaus without an adept understanding of their techniques and regulations in place for credit reporting. If you know what you’re doing, you can repair your own credit, you can also build your own house, but would you? We specialize in nothing but credit issues, as with any specialty, the more skill one has, the better the result they’ll get. We stand behind our ability to help you in the credit arena.

What is your warranty?

Our money-back warranty is easy to understand and is the best in the business.

If you contract us for the service of removing negative inaccurate and/or obsolete information, we will refund all monies paid if we do not remove more than 25% of all the negatives we work on, from all three major credit bureaus, within six months from the time our services are retained.

How long will it take to raise my score?

Through our services, 93% of our clients see FICO score increases in the first 35 days. Over the full 180 day term of the contract, the average FICO score increase is 50 points. There are many factors that go into a credit score, we have seen many clients get more than a 50 point increase while we have also had many that have gotten less. There is no exact way of knowing how much one’s score will increase until it increases since we rely on the client not doing anything in the meantime that will decrease their score while we are working on the file. We will do everything in our power to increase your credit score as high as possible, including giving you the best advice as it pertains to your unique credit profile

Why are your results different?

There are two sides to the credit score battle. Sometimes, your creditors and the bureaus have done absolutely everything right and we have no case against them. On average, we are able to remove 70% of the items we work on from a credit report. If you hire us for consulting only, our advice we give you will be strong advice every time, we commit ourselves to keeping up with best practices in the credit industry and always staying on top of the industry with continuing education going forward..

Will the removed items come back?

Items usually don’t come back as long as the item is current or paid at the time of removal. This holds true except in very rare circumstances.

What items can you remove?

Through our services, we can normally remove the following inaccurate, unverifiable and obsolete items: bankruptcies, foreclosures, collections, charge-offs, repossessions, medical bills, credit card debt, inquiries, late payments, old addresses, judgments, tax liens, and student loans.

What items can’t you remove?

The items you claim as being 100% accurate and do not authorize us to work on.
